jingleNoun

[a short verse or song marked by catchy repetition]

Did you know that about 563 Kit Kat fingers are consumed every second? In 1986, junior copywriter Ken Schuldman wrote a catchy jingle for Kit Kat, which became a worldwide phenomenon. That’s all I had to say and you’re already hearing it “Give me a break.“A tune in your head, right? A catchy song for your product, as cheesy as can be, does wonders for your advertising. Damn, it should probably be a little cheesy! People tend to remember songs that make them laugh or shake their heads, just like that. Made them tap their feet.If you manage to get it all out, then it’s a highlight in the bottle. It’s your brand and it’s stuck in their head right now.You know it’s effective advertising when someone just needs to hear the opening line of the jingle before the product name appears in his mind. Such a brand is invaluable.

Ring all the way

We may not be a delicious chocolate treat, but we still thought it would be fun to invent a little jingle of our own. But instead of inviting a songwriter to formulate something, we decided to give the song a little more authenticity. So we decided to take advantage of the huge pool of talent we already have! We created an internal competition among our thousands of virtual assistants in the Philippines, and challenged them to invent their own little MyOutDesk jingle. Because who better to sing about our great service than the people who make it great? We sent a notice of competition, with a short list of guidelines to ensure the songs submitted were branded and shared, of course. We offered a cash prize to the top three winners, plus a bonus surprise prize for a fourth participant.

The best of the best

As you can see, here at MyOutDesk we have some very talented professionals! Not only can they handle almost any remote task you challenge them with, but they can create and perform real and good music! It shows that we are not recruiting just based on what we see on paper; Each can have years of experience, a laundry list of certifications and a degree. While of course we appreciate all of these things very much (Because after all, we provide reliable professionals), We are also looking for a strong fit of personality and culture. It is important that our virtual assistants be comfortable, safe and humane. They end up being part of your team just like someone local, so it’s imperative that they fit in. And who does not want an experienced in-house sales agent who can also perform a heavy metal ballad?
